Neutral Milk Hotel are a great band in my opinion and it’s a pity songwriter Jeff Mangum suffered from an immune system breakdown and a nervous breakdown after making such a classic album. N.M.H. have influenced bands such as Arcade Fire and Sufjan Stevens and are definitely worth listening to if you like this song and this type of music.

this place is just a dead end. I kinda get why so many people here kill themselves, at least I can understand why they want to, I think. No one who stays here is ever happy.
